Along with your fellow SAP S/4HANA Cloud customers, you’re breaking new ground and are in the unique position of being able to directly influence the product’s direction. We want to harness all this experience and expertise to build a dynamic community of mutual benefit and support. The SAP Beyond program aims to provide as many opportunities as possible for you to engage, connect, inspire, and communicate with other customers, SAP experts, and the extensive SAP ecosystem.

We appreciate that your time is precious, so the program is also designed to be flexible. You can participate in lots of different ways and choose the activities that are the most relevant and valuable to your business. On the following pages, we highlight some of the ways that you can engage in the program throughout the year.

Monthly Webinar Program

Getting maximum value from your
SAP software

Why have other customers chosen SAP S/4HANA Cloud? What lessons did they learn during implementation? What would they do differently? In the same time-slot every month, we’ll run a live Webinar with practical tips and advice about getting the most from SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The Webinars follow a similar format with two flavors:

Customer Spotlights
Hear directly from the people who’ve been there and done it. These Webinars will feature a customer who offers helpful tips and shares lessons about their own experiences with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The customer is joined by an SAP product expert involved in the implementation who gives a technical perspective. Together, they host a Q&A segment and answer questions from you and your fellow participants.


Product Innovation Spotlights
Keep up to date with the latest SAP product developments and innovations. In these Webinars, SAP experts will focus on our latest releases and bring them to life with real-world examples. The Q&A segment gives you the opportunity to share your opinions and ideas, ask questions, and hear directly from our development team. Your feedback is valuable and helps to shape the development of SAP S/4HANA Cloud software.

Executive Checkpoints

Listening to your challenges and concerns – and acting on them


It’s good to talk. As a customer of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, your organization has a direct line to senior SAP management. Every quarter, We schedule regular executive checkpoint calls between your team and senior SAP executives to get your feedback. This one-hour session is an opportunity to share your concerns and let us know what we’re doing well and where we need to improve.

The aim is to have a mutually productive and supportive session. In each call, we review progress against the previous period’s challenges and priorities, identify and address any new issues, and look at any opportunities to enhance our software or service.

We’re always listening! These conversations will also be supported by a regular customer satisfaction survey to monitor and report on progress. You can register for the next executive checkpoint at the SAP Beyond site. Please contact your customer advocate for your invitation to join the site.

Customer
Empowerment Days

Bringing customers together –
with you driving the agenda

These quarterly events are a great opportunity to meet other SAP S/4HANA Cloud customers face to face and discuss the topics of your choice. SAP plans and manages the event for you – but you, the customer, set the agenda.

A typical one-day meeting agenda might include a keynote speaker, presentations on selected topics, a customer Q&A panel, and breakout roundtable sessions. The choice is yours.

These meetings, usually held at an SAP office or customer site, are your opportunity to network with others in your industry and to compare similar business challenges and outcomes. There are no sales presentations; our product experts are on hand to support your agenda with information, training, and demonstrations.

We’ll cover the cost for organizing the event and for providing breakfast and lunch, and you pay for your travel and lodging. In addition to working with you in advance to understand your requirements, we also manage the day and distribute follow-up information to all attendees.

The focus of these customer empowerment days is on you and your specific needs. We’re there to make it happen!

The community for SAP S/4HANA Cloud is expanding rapidly. To support the growing number of customers, we’ve created a private interactive platform to help you exchange product information, best practices, and useful tips and advice from other customers, SAP partners, and SAP experts.

The site should be your go-to place for anything regarding your SAP S/4HANA Cloud software. It’s designed to be a self-service knowledge base for a wide range of content, resources, tools, and support. It’s also an interactive forum for crowdsourcing, Q&As, and sharing ideas and information with your peers. We also keep you in the know through a newsletter, e-mails, and personal contact as appropriate to make sure you’re aware of all the opportunities available to you and your team.

Support for your own internal campaigns
To support change management and drive user adoption, many customers like to run their own internal promotional campaigns – often to celebrate key milestones or recognize successes. We are happy to help, and can provide prepackaged campaigns that can be personalized with your company name, logo, and color scheme.
